Resizes take weeks, polishing takes days, the Jeweller is rude and stated 'im not doing that!' in regards to a simple valuation on a platinum ring. Staff also acted surprised when i said i had a ring to bring in for valuing... (you are a manufacturing jeweller arent you?)...and this is why in this case i wont be looking local first in regards to jewellery services. Appalling.
