Had a manual water pump fault whilst staying near gawler the other day. Rang ahead and Renmark Custom Caravans had the service kit in stock and were able to fix the problem. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff in the parts area. Well done girls and a big thank you to Aaron.
We are traveling and this place could not fit us in for a one hour job for at least 3 weeks. Go to the next town -Mildura. Low and behold the same attitude. Really hard to understand as its more a case of not wanting to do the job than not being able to. Disappointing. Especially after the good reviews!! Caravans are for travel so everyone will need a fix on the road away from home at some stage so its a pity its hard to find people to do it. Going to be another 500+km before a simple issue is sorted. Unfortunately due to warranty we are not able to do it ourselves.
